1. Overview

Fade The Crowd is operated by Lighthouses Rule LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). The Service provides analytics and data visualizations based on publicly available market activity and is intended for research and informational purposes only.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data is presented for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance of any wallet or strategy does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that the Service provides probabilistic and observational data only, and you agree not to rely on the Service as the sole basis for any financial decision.

3. Service Availability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, but make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Market data, signals, and analytics may be delayed and are not guaranteed to reflect real-time market conditions.

4. Accounts, Billing & Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew thereafter.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital services, data, analytics, and signal-based insights delivered electronically.

Because access to paid features is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial billing periods
• Unused time
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with market performance or outcomes
• Losses incurred from trading or investment decisions
• Temporary data delays or service interruptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances. Any such refund does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar situations in the future.

If you experience a billing error, please contact us and we will correct it promptly.

5. Account Use & Access

Access to Fade The Crowd is licensed to the individual account holder only. You may not share, distribute, sublicense, or allow others to access your account credentials without explicit written permission from Fade The Crowd.

We reserve the right to monitor account usage for abnormal, excessive, or multi-user access patterns. If we reasonably determine that an account is being shared, resold, or used by multiple parties in violation of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Limit or terminate active sessions
• Suspend or restrict account access
• Require account verification or upgrade to an appropriate multi-user plan (if available)
• Terminate the account without refund in cases of repeated or severe violations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access, extract, or interact with the Service outside of officially provided interfaces (if any)
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or provide third-party access to any data, signals, analytics, or outputs obtained from the Service, whether free or paid

All signals, analytics, derived metrics, and data presentations are proprietary to Fade The Crowd and are licensed for individual use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fade The Crowd shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
