Fade The Crowd is operated by Lighthouses Rule LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). The Service provides analytics and data visualizations based on publicly available market activity and is intended for research and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data is presented for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance of any wallet or strategy does not guarantee future results.
3. Service Availability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, but make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Accounts & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access underlying systems
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, commercially exploit, or provide third-party access to any data, signals, analytics, or outputs obtained from the Service, whether free or paid
All signals, analytics, derived metrics, and data presentations are proprietary to Fade The Crowd and are licensed for individual use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fade The Crowd shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
